The depth of field control is remarkable and the fast aperture makes low light shooting possible with breath taking results! These are considered one of the best standard prime lenses made. You really can tell the quality as soon as it is attached to the camera. This one is in great condition, the optics are fantastic, clear and focusing is smooth. There is some lovely age related patina on the body of the lens but we find this adds character to this beauty. We use one of these lenses for our product photography and simply love them!

We strongly urge everyone to include a UV filter to help protect these vintage lenses. Every week we see gorgeous lenses ruined from lack of protection.

There is a small spec in the element, which he have tried to show but it is too small to photograph and will not effect your images.
