This is an extremely light weight lens, definitely one of the most desirable and collectable lenses we see. This is in excellent condition and has been cleaned and tested. This is a truly lovely lens, I personally use one and love them!  A great addition to your set up, perfect for street and landscape photography. Why not add a UV filter for extra protection? and to reduce haze, especially noticeable with wide angle lenses.  The canon FD 35mm lens is a rare find these days.
