While we meticulously inspect and describe each item in our collection, we recognize that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our returns policy is designed with the same attention to detail that defines our photographic expertise.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item using the original packaging materials. Include all original accessories, documentation, and a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. The refund will appear on your statement according to your financial institution’s processing times.
We refund the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is processed, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of our specialized photographic equipment, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Dark room and Cine equipment – Due to the specialized nature and potential chemical exposure
- Motor drives, Flash and light Meters – These precision electronic devices require specialized testing
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Products purchased more than 15 days ago
For defective items, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for inspection and resolution.
